> "After calling and quoting to replace the hot water cylinder in the boiler cupboard, the quote was accepted and a date made for the work to be carried out. There was a slight delay in getting the particular cylinder but I was kept informed and it didn't cause any problem. Clive arrived as arranged and immediately set to work on what was a very hot day. However as promised the work was completed on the same day. There was no disruption, the result was excellent without any indication such a big job had been carried out. Everywhere was left clean and tidy prior to Clive leaving."

He was reliable, good at communicating, and all his work was thorough and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend."
