He said that wasn’t a problem and would visit in a couple of days. Once he visited, he advised me that it was much too big a job for him. However, he sent me numerous photos and a comprehensive message explaining clearly what needed doing and with some further advice. That was incredibly helpful and when I found someone else, I was able to forward all the info making it so much easier for everyone. Fantastic!"

He told us his charge rate upfront and advised us how long he thought it would take so we would have an idea of cost. The final bill was close to what he estimated.
