They worked with our bathroom fitter to carry out the work as and when required. The engineer, Keiryn, was great and always cleaned up. Chris (the boss) made helpful and practical suggestions, including ones which would save us money. They then did a thorough test of the system - which would have been a chance for a less honest trader to "find" lots of problems. CJS just confirmed all was fine for the work to be done. Lee, the engineer who did the work, was a pleasure to have in the house for over a week, and was completely trustworthy (we gave him a key). He coped well working around family life, kids and a dog. He was very organised and left things useable and tidy every day, even though we had floors up and some chasing out. The work was all done well, the standard fittings (where we hadn't chosen something particular that we wanted) were all good quality products. Overall - very happy.
