> "We ended up only having 2 or 3 cleans with Lauren, after agreeing a fortnightly time slot which we were satisfied with. However after the first 2 cleans, there followed 3 cancellations from Lauren due to an ill family member, car accident to Covid, we were very understanding and put it down to bad luck. However when she was due to return and re-structure the business, she wanted to change our time. It wasn’t suitable due to having a toddler who naps and a shift worker but we agreed another time. I spent the morning preparing for her arrival and she never showed up or returned my messages?"
