Communication was prompt. Arrival time was as promised. Pricing was transparent upfront, and remained true when the job was finished. I was kept informed of updates over the phone and the problem was resolved quickly and at a far lower price than a second quote we received. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly be using again in future."
