As the garden progressed, we made changes and Matt accommodated these changes and kept us informed of costs and reductions where requested. He provided us with cost effective solutions/options and we met regularly to ensure we were all on the same page as to the budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cowen Landscapes"

We had regular discussions during the course of the build, and was I able to make minor changes and improvements to the design as work progressed. I would recommend Cowen's, as they deliver a good quality result. I have marked them down as the price being higher than the quote, this was due to a slight misunderstanding of exactly what was included, and also due to some materials being more expensive than they had anticipated. However, this was resolved amicably, and I would use their services again."
