He was very polite over the phone and we arranged a time and date for the work to be carried out. He arrived on time and proceeded to fit the items I had requested. The work was carried out very professionally by Wayne and a colleague. I also requested the lighting when fitted to come on automatically at a specific light level. Wayne initially set them up and said if you would like them adjusting just to give him a ring. I did and he came out and adjusted straight away. excellent"
