Got a quick response and he fitted us in on Friday 13th 😱 Identified it was a receiver/thermostat issue. Asked if we could get by until Monday as he didn’t have the part which we said we could. He rang 30 minutes after leaving and after reviewing weather conditions which were markedly worsening and said he could come back after another job. He returned and fitted new receiver and gave us a much more user friendly thermostat to use going forward. Showed him another job in our home to schedule works as a result. First impressions were great solidified upon meeting Harry and his professional, personable manner. Highly recommend."
