> "I have used Crouchers Heating & Plumbing on two occasions. The first was in October 2024, when I desperately needed assistance with a fault on my combination boiler. We were without heating and hot water & tried various local plumbers. Crouchers were the first to respond & agreed a visit. The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and arranged for the necessary part, which was fitted soon after. The second time was in February 2025, when I arranged for a replacement boiler for my Mother. The original boiler had spectacularly and messily failed, so we were in a bad situation. A temporary repair was arranged by an insurer-appointed plumber, but replacement was needed. Crouchers were the only plumber who went out of their way to resolve the access issues that made the installation of a new boiler awkward. They did an excellent installation job, were clean and tidy, and extra care was taken to protect the carpets. All at a very competitive price. Will use again."
