> "Craig was already here fixing a rising damp problem in my dining room, when I asked him to inspect the floor as well. As suspected, the joists were rotten and the floorboards had woodworm. I therefore asked him to strip out the old floor, replace the joists and add new flooring on top. He did a very thorough job, using products that will deter any recurrence of damp or woodworm. Craig always explains what he is going to do, how he will do it, what products will be used, how long the work should take, and issues guarantees on his work. His work is of a high standard and he is always punctual."
