Sam talked me through how to turn the noise off and how to stop it if it happened again. Advice was given at no cost and very pleasantly. When we realised bits of the system were past their best, I went back to CSI, got a quote and appointment quickly; the new key pad was installed on time, in an organised and tidy manner with no mess left after.
