> "I have not been happy with the windows I have ended up with. They are no better than the ones they've replaced. When I've tried to resolve this issue with the company they just don't listen to me and say that the problem is with our house not the windows, despite the fact we have had some of the other windows replaced by a different company and those ones are fine. Was impressed with their service to begin with, but since having the windows fitted haven't been impressed at all and definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!"
