> "Very slow to respond enquiries regarding progress of work, often ignoring emails I have worrying concerns about the quality of the work carried out! Sealing applied to cracks in the bitumen surface protecting the concrete walkway appear to have failed, the material used to seal the largest crack has shrunk, leaving cracks, which will enable water to penetrate, which created the problem in the first place. Secondly the exterior paint applied, according to the advice on the can should have been applied in 3 layers requiring at least 3 x 5 Litre cans, there are already areas starting to flake."
