> "the builder and his team were excellent from start to finish. took a long time from first visit to initiation due to planning and building regs. kept in contact regularly, took detailed list of tasks pre work. during the work were always on time and work was completed on time as per the weekly plan. any issues during the works were flagged straight away with an explanation of how they would be remedied. quality of the work was good from builder and sub contractors. payments requested in stages once work was done and came in only a little over quote due to regs inspections. fully recommended!"
