We brought Dan our design and ideas about how things should be fitting together, what colours we would like and the materials he should use. We handed over our lists and he went to work ripping our bathroom out, laying out our design and communicating with us whenever challenges arose. Unfortunately shortly into the project it was clear that there was mould that caused the floorboards to rot. Dan was upfront and transparent about the additional cost and time this would take as soon as this was discovered. Over the course of the project there were a few details we wanted to ensure were just right and thanks to Dan and his team everything went exactly where we wanted it. After the project was completed we had a few snags that we let Dan know about and he very swiftly came by to resolve them. Dan has an excellent network of partners including electricians, plumbers and removal services who were all professional when I interacted with them.
