We had an extension which has been turned into a gorgeous kitchen and living space, the old kitchen has been turned into a utility room and a new side door was installed. Steve has been excellent all the way through, patient with our new ideas and change of plans, responds promptly to messages, clearly communicates when things are happening and what to expect. I also always felt Steve had our best interest at heart, and has provided his (much needed!) advice and expertise with that in mind. We felt involved, reassured and confident all the way through.
