I asked of his opinion and his experience and knowledge was noted as he was very helpful with me picking the correct flooring. The night before he came to fit the flooring he phoned to check everything was ok for him to still come. He arrived on the morning at the arranged time. He was dressed professional and his appearance was clean and smart. He was very chirpy and happy in his work. I did make him a cuppa and gave him a slice of cake to which he sincerely appreciated. 100% recommended"
