The bathroom fitter/engineer along with his apprentice were very polite and accommodating to my requirements, and always happy to advise on the best way to proceed when I wanted certain aspects changed in my bathroom. The office staff were very friendly and again always happy too help and even called me half way through the job to see if I was happy with the way the job was proceeding. Highly recommend to anyone."

Our fitter couldn't have been more pleasant, polite, helpful and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We agreed a reasonable fixed price in advance but there was enough flexibility that things could be amended where needed, for example deciding to remove the chimney. Very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do a bathroom refurb."
