> "Kevin had a look at the job a week ago and we agreed that he could do the work today. He drained the hot water cylinder and found a faulty washer as the cause of the problem. He replaced that and also fixed another slow leak from one of the other pipes in the airing cupboard. In addition, he found that a twisted flexible pipe was causing the low flow from my kitchen hot tap and made an adjustment to cure that problem. Kevin was very friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."
