The job required levelling up of the original floorboards (from 1930s). Ben visited the site a couple of times to double check what was required and gave a very fair quote for the work (which also required the toilet being removed for the flooring to be laid). The level of care and attention to detail carried on through the laying of the floor and I have to give a loud shout out for Andrew (who laid dealt with the floor) and Alex (the plumber) who were extremely well mannered and of the highest professional ability allowing for the work to be carried out without any problems. His team were on site soon after on a Bank Holiday Monday and started pulling up the damaged flooring, their experience told them this was bad so they called Ben who came in straight away and on further inspection he agreed with his team . for a proper long lasting job to be done correctly. An enormous amount of extra time and money was spent in sourcing the correct materials to establish a perfect solid smooth base before they expertly lay the beautiful looking wooden flooring down. We were amazed at the quality of their workmanship and level of service to perform such high standard work in such a short period of time, and at no extra cost, which is so amazing.
