> "I hired Dean to replace both my kitchen and bathroom. His was the only quote I obtained and hiring him was the right decision. He turned up when he said he would and did everything as agreed. I felt confident to leave project management of the work to him, from the initial quotation to final snagging, including ordering of everything needed and hiring of the tilers (who also did a superb job). He was professional at all times but friendly, and even took the time to show me how my new hob worked. Despite additional and unforseen work being needed in the bathroom, the total cost of the project came in under budget. I have had so many positive comments about the job he has done. He suggested a number of small improvements that will make a big difference long term, such as relocating switches so appliances can be easily isolated and improving some of the pipework rather than leaving it as it was. He also coordinated the other trades, including the tilers, which made the whole process much easier and ensured everything ran smoothly. Despite the challenges of working in a high-rise building, Dean managed everything seamlessly and kept the place clean and tidy each day.
