This honesty was clear throughout the house works - James was always able to give an honest opinion and advise us on inevitable obstacles we came across throughout the process, and always gave us the best advice financially without compromising on quality. One thing you can be certain with Defined Builds is the high quality of their work - the entire team are absolute perfectionists and have an eye for detail which means you never have to point an issue out to them. We have never had to fault their work which is a testament to the quality of their work (especially as my dad always looked into the detail on every aspect at every stage). James also spent a significant amount of time discussing the works with us to keep us in the loop and address any worries we had, even on aspects that were out of his scope of work (e.g. we had the kitchen fitted by another supplier, but he spent time discussing the logistics and process of this with us). The team are a friendly bunch who make the effort to be friendly with our neighbours which meant we had no issues or complaints. They also tidied up after themselves at the end of each day so the house was always tidy. James is also very reasonable and fair, as well as honest with the time the team have spent on certain additional work we had them do. The more we saw the high quality of their work, the more we ended up asking them to do. Once the works were completed, we have been extremely happy with our decision to go with Defined Builds as everything has been done to a high quality and we know it is rare to not have a single complaint on the final outcome.
