> "Connected with Doug in January with hopes of early progress on our foundation but Doug was very accommodating and worked with us as our schedule slipped (unrelated issues). Worked to a fix cost project but Doug felt confident he could bring it in cheaper and true to his word some simplifications allowed him to do that and it saved us a bunch. At one point I referred to Doug as Building Control Whisperer. You are in safe and trustworthy hands. Our neighbours were also very complimentary "A true gent" was heard."
