They took time to explain the process to us and checked which way we would prefer the tiles to lie (after explaining about visuals and so on) They use spacers and levellers on every tile to ensure a professional finish. It all took two days and they made sure to explain everything as they went along. They were professional ,very tidy and friendly Would happily recommend to anyone needing a tiling job (they also do walls)"
