> "A survey of the property (a 200 year old stone house) identified some possible problems with damp in the cellar and recommended getting a damp specialist to make a more detailed report. Mathew responded quickly to my enquiry and visited the property quite soon afterwards. He provided really helpful, detailed information on the issues raised. He found that there were a number of problems but was also able to show that they were not as extensive as we had feared. Throughout the process he was clear in his communications and very pleasant to deal with. I'd not hesitate to recommend him."
