So very different from moving here years ago and the boiler breaking down during heavy snow - I called out a a local engineer who turned up and weirdly made very loud knocking noises on pipes with spanners and then charged me over £100 for a 2 minute job. The British Gas engineer who came out the week after then showed me the reset button which they had clearly pressed! Education is key and grateful to Dave today!"
