Such is the excellent customer care and problem solving, Hugh’s team swung into action, extra scaffolding was swiftly erected and the whole roof replaced with new tiles within two weeks, with some additional work I requested also completed. All done efficiently, tidily and by a skilful, hard-working and polite team. I appreciated such good communication and advice and am delighted with the outcome.
