Whilst the company sent one of their employees round within a few days and the treatment was made a few days later, I did feel there was a lack of attention to detail and the individual who dealt with our issue just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, and leave. That resulted in our bed basically being taken apart and the room generally being left in a very untidy state which meant I had to spend hours putting things back into place. So far it appears as though the treatment has worked, but I didn't like the way things where done."
