> "DDL did - what seems to me - a good job. Two people - Luke and Patrick- worked hard in atrocious weather for about 8 hours. They sent me 3 invoices 3 photos and 2 videos of the work they had done. The total invoiced cost was £4,080. I submitted my insurance claim the insurers drainage experts advisory company priced the job at £367.79 Naturally I protested. I was and still am being told by the insurers to ask DDL for additional information on the work they did. My complaint is that DDL do not answer my emails and their phone message box is full. They seem to have vanished !"
