He attended very quickly and told me that he could fix the problem, but that I would need to replace the boiler soon. He was very clear about costs and I decided to replace the boiler, rather than risk future problems. He obtained the parts, arranged a date to suit my tenant and carried out the work efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. My tenant is very happy with the work and the way in which it was done."
