He provided an easy to follow payment schedule and throughout the work communication was easy. Every specialist trade he has brought to site has been polite and skilled. He has been an adaptable collaborator when the kitchen fitters (I used Wren's own... lesson learnt there!) messed up and we had to solve for their mistakes.
