> "Our windows and 2 doors replaced by DWL. Planning and ordering was good and they were competitive. The 2 fitters worked hard rushing around fitting the windows much quicker than expected. However, some glass was wrong type, bad marks and misaligned lead work.2 door panels were the wrong size leaving a big gap which was a security risk. Fixing was a major problem; the installation manager was hard to contact and no reply to messages. When he did reply he said he would look into it and promised to get back which also didn’t happen. No one likes to be lied to. Almost 4 months to get it all done"
