> "I had 2 damaged plug sockets and Danny checked my sockets and fuse box and gave me advice on the issues we were having and the best way forward to solve the issues he fixed the two sockets we needed fixing and I will definitely be contacting DWS electrical Ltd again for future jobs. Many thanks."

> "We have been dogged for years by an intermittent fault causing the upstairs lights to short and remain out of action for several days. We have previously had electricians promise to come out only not to turn up or to say they could not fix it. DWS came out as soon as they had finished the job they were on. They actually listened when i explained what was happening rather than dismissing our experience as impossible. They very patiently looked at all the possible causes and they found the solution and fixed it within 30 mins!! The price charged was extremely reasonable and they were a pleasure to deal with. I will be keeping their number and will definitely call them again if we have a problem - or just need work doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they fully deserve to be on a trusted trader site. Thank you DWS"

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
- Check any credential evidence, and that the business details independently check out.
