Long story short I am selling the property and it has been brought to my attention that the boiler has never been registered. After two phone messages and email sent, no reply! I have had to pay another Gas Safe engineer to inspect and sign off the boiler so I can obtain the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate that is required by the solicitors, very disappointed with DY Maintenance."
