## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Friendly efficient staff from being to end. Made my 82 year old dad feel at ease. Couldn't want for more."
> Source: Anonymous (5.0, via Checkatrade)

> "I was having problems with my 13 amp switches failing due to the heat from the cables making the components in the switch over heat. We decided to upgrade the switches to 20 amp to ensure they could cope with the power supply required. These switches did not have a built in fuse that appeared to be the problem area in the 13 amp version. The units fitted appear to be fine and there is no problems to date 👍"

> "I would highly recommend E7 Electrical for their work. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful & professional from Emma helping to get me booked in quickly for a quote, David who quoted the job, Dean & Alex who came out to do the job. David explained everything clearly & answered any questions I had honestly, he talked through any products he recommended/why. Dean & Alex were punctual, professional, friendly & great at communicating what was going on at each stage while being mindful of me working from home. They left everything neat & tidy with no disruption (even washed their coffee mugs!)"

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
- Check any credential evidence, and that the business details independently check out.
