He provided me with a full written quote and talked me through what would need doing. I did take my time to make a decision but there was never any pressure from Ady. Once I had given the job to Ady he advised me what date he would be round and he was true to his word. They worked hard, quickly and cleared up after themselves. If only all trades people where like this!
