Due to the previous owner had not treated and cleaned the carpets whilst owning a cat that urined and ruined literally all the carpets. Anthony had tried to save it, knowing it was a big job, he stayed true with the cost he quoted me on the phone. In addition, he also was quick to respond and due to his punctuality, I locked in the appointment for the next day. Very efficient."
