> "All old wooden fascias, soffits replaced with UPVC front and back , also all guttering and downpipes renewed quoting £5.5 K. On initial inspection of roof, underfelt found to be in a sorry state towards the edges and advised to have roof felt drip trays fitted for a further £2 K. Work completed in a day and a half, seems to be a very nice job, (i'm no expert). Following day noticed a wall cladding tile was missing, Firm informed and tile obtained and fitted. Summary.. cost included scaffolding, materials, labour and a removal of all debris carried out, Jeffery and John friendly and personable"
