Matt from the company visited our house beforehand to explain what he would be doing and to listen to questions that we had. As we knew little about this, he was very clear and able to explain things for us. Matt took us through the work and also discussed when would be the best time to charge the vehicle. On the day of the work, I was able to leave keys with the company and go to work myself. Upon return, the job had been completed and it looked great. The EV charge point is easy to use and works well."
