I quickly found a Which Trusted Trader, having had bad experiences with electricians in the past . Bill (Balbir) Dhillon, was able to come later on the same day to disconnect it. We discussed what my options were, and I was pleased to be told the price of replacement, the fee for labour, and the amount of time it would take to complete the replacement..( the fan was really quite old). We made an arrangement for the following week, and Bill rang to confirm the date and time. He was punctual..the job was completed quietly and professionally, and everything in the bathroom was left tidy and clean. And the price was as we had agreed and very reasonable. I then asked if he would consider putting a security light in for me. This was also completed within budget, and Bill returned to make an adjustment…having said this may be necessary. I am so pleased to have found someone trustworthy and knowledgeable. I won’t t be looking anywhere else if I need another electrical job.
