> "Upon completion we were fairly happy with the result aside from some poor plaster work. We believed we had a 10 year warranty with the build and after 6 years the sky pod started leaking. We contacted Elite about the issue however they stated they wanted £150 to come out and inspect it, then reimburse if it was their fault, adding that only the UPVC frame integrity is covered for 10 years, glass panels 5 years, everything else 1 year! They stated it was unlikely to be their fault, more likely "over cleaning', "not cleaning" or "normal wear and tear". Terrible attitude and no customer care."
