Carl and Michael were really lovely, very professional and worked hard all day to get the job done. They booked a Cherry picker as the flew had to be reached from the roof, so I would give them a 10 out of 10 for efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. They left the place spotless as they had brought their own Henry vacuum! What more would you want from a Tradesman? One last thing, Jennifer in the office was lovely too, it was her that organised everything. So thank you to all those working for Elite Heat Management. I would definitely recommend this company."

> "I had a callout from my home emergency insurances gas engineer. He advised me that I needed a new boiler as it had leaked and had serious corrosion. When I asked him to close my boiler and I was going to order a new boiler from Boxt he said that I should use a local heating specialist. He made the call to Elite at 3.30 on Jan. 2nd & I asked how quickly they could fit a new Baxi. They advised next day starting at 8.30 and agreed a price. The engineer arrived next morning at 8.30 on the button and by 3.30 the new boiler was fitted and I had heating and hot water. The price was ~ £500 less than Boxt wanted for an equivalent Worcester boiler. We were gobsmacked by the service is a good way."
