I had read the reviews on trust a trader and was impressed by what their customers had written about this company. They came on the chosen date, on time. Carl and Michael were really lovely, very professional and worked hard all day to get the job done. They booked a Cherry picker as the flew had to be reached from the roof, so I would give them a 10 out of 10 for efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. They left the place spotless as they had brought their own Henry vacuum! What more would you want from a Tradesman? He advised me that I needed a new boiler as it had leaked and had serious corrosion. When I asked him to close my boiler and I was going to order a new boiler from Boxt he said that I should use a local heating specialist. He made the call to Elite at 3.30 on Jan. 2nd & I asked how quickly they could fit a new Baxi. They advised next day starting at 8.30 and agreed a price. The engineer arrived next morning at 8.30 on the button and by 3.30 the new boiler was fitted and I had heating and hot water. The price was ~ £500 less than Boxt wanted for an equivalent Worcester boiler.
