## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "We finally have enough sockets upstairs, all thanks to Elliot -I couldn’t recommend his services more! Elliot very promptly came to our house assess the scope of the work and set a date quickly. On the day of the works, he was very efficient, with minimal disruption to our day to day, and even humoured our inquisitive 1 year old puppy. Everything was wrapped up within the day (a LOT of new sockets installed) and the result is great -if we need anything else done in the future, we won’t hesitate to ask Eliott to carry the works out."

> "Firstly what a professional in every sense of the word.. Caring, Conscientious, Polite, & last but not least Trustworthy.. I contacted Elliot as I was given the run around by an EV charging company who was blaming my electrics for a failed installation.. I put my job out and Elliot responded.. From the very beginning to the end he was simply superb. After an short but thorough investigation he locate the 'Small Issue' which could have been rectified originally & all was good to go.. Any future electrical issues I know who I am going to call.. Do you? Elliot Ryan with no hesitation at all!"

> "ERES were used several times by my company to fix an issue with emergency lighting within existing luminaires, extend a circuit and rectify another that was poorly designed causing the kitchenette area to trip in the site office. Each time they were clear with their communication, explained what needed to be done, including any impact to the building/decor. Always tidy, polite and punctual whilst carrying out the work. Provided the paperwork promptly once the works concluded. Will definitely be using again in the future."

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade — general guidance, not a claim about this business:_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
- Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work — and that they are current.
