> "Expand outdoor steps area and add railing We would like to say that if you want a supportive and patient builder who knows a lot about his stuff, and will help you realise your potentially changing plans with grace and ideas, all at a very reasonable price, then you won't get much better than Samad. Let us explain using our recently completed project. We had a vision for replacing the outdoor steps to our front door, so we made enquiries on mybuilder.com. We were impressed with Samad's plans for reusing as much as possible to minimise costs while still producing an excellent result. So we hired him to get the job done. But then, there were several people in our home who then decided to change things. First, we changed the type of tiles, and presented Samad with the most difficult type to install; he accepted this with grace and we are all pleased with the result. But in addition, we added handrails to the project. Then, changed the handrails to be installed from the side. Then, increased the height of the handrails. And annoyingly, we did some of this while Samad was on site working on our project. As a result, he ended up visiting more times than expected, and the project took much longer than expected. Still, Samad kindly accommodated us, and as mentioned earlier, we are all pleased with the finished product. Needless to say, we would not hesitate to recommend him.
