> "John and his team completed an extensive amount of work on our property, including re-pointing the back and side of the house, removing both chimneys, repairing the roof, re-rendering the front of the house and painting the front of the house. John and his team were punctual, polite, professional and evidently extremely knowledgeable and expertise in their trade. Throughout each stage of work, John ensured he updated and consulted both my mother and myself to ensure we were both in agreement and satisfied with tasks to be completed. I was impressed with the kind, patient and understanding manner in which John communicated with my elderly, disabled mother; this commendable type of customer service is rare. On days when I was not available, I was kept fully up to date by John and my mother was not disturbed at all. On completion, our property was left immaculately clean and tidy. We have booked John and his team in for additional work. VERY HIGHLY recommended. Thank you so much John."

> "Owing to the fact that my 85-year-old two-bed semi roof was near collapse, due in no small part to the 17 year old spray foam roof insulation, (the worst decision of my life), John and his team of around ten staff removed all the tiles, the spray foam insulation and ten decayed or warped rafters, then renewed and replaced the rafters and retiled the complete roof in just under two days while avoiding all the rain was quite remarkable. They all did an excellent job and John was always on hand by phone or email to answer any queries. All rubbish was quickly removed and the premises were left clean and tidy. The team was very punctual and polite and showed excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Equity Roofing for their speed and expertise."
