> "I have got a Garden Studio where the wooden floor is a bit shaky and the entire studio started to lean. The builder visited the place took notes and gave recommendations. They also detailed the recommendations in a pre-contractual document mentioning what he will do: things he will buy, things I need to buy etc. Also gave the option of making the payments in parts i.e before, during and when finishing. Two builders came and they were polite, and professional in their work, getting the work done before the expected time. The quality of the work is more than expected. I would recommend them."
