> "ESP Energy are a Shropshire based company who installed solar panels and electrical equipment at my property through September 2024; the system was fully commissioned by the end of the month. The whole process was seamless and completed according to agreed timescales. The quality of the final installation of the panels, cabling and all electrical equipment is truly exceptional. Plans were followed to the letter and all ESP staff were utterly professional at all times. Since install, there have been a couple of teething issues which were dealt with either from the ESP offices: the system is monitored 24/7 by ESP staff, or by a site visit. All problems were dealt with within half an hour of contacting the ESP office. In fact, in one instance, after having called the ESP office, a company director arrived to check the system in person within twenty minutes of calling!
