## In customers' own words
_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "We run a community charity and after having Solar Panels fitted to our own home decided to engage Flex Eco Services Ltd to fit panels on the Community Workshop building after receiving a grant and doing our due diligence on suitable suppliers. We found Flex Eco very reasonable in price, reliable in their service and after care and thoroughly professional in their delivery. We have recommended them to many of our friends unreservedly and the results have been most favourable. We have no qualms in strongly recommending Flex Eco to others wishing to have solar power installed."

> "From initial site visit, to completion of works, I was very happy throughout. Quality of the work is excellent, and I am completely satisfied with the system that flexeco recommended. Any queries (and there were many) was answered in a timely manner."

> "After moving to the area 2 years ago we asked for recommendations online for a local company to install an EV charger, and found Flex Eco. They installed it very promptly, then due to this I automatically asked them to install PV solar panels on the house. They were very friendly, courteous and very professional. We then moved to our forever home 18 months later and I didn't even ask for other installers to quote for PV solar, battery and car charger since I know I wouldn?t be ripped off and that they could guide me on AC/DC battery options and working with local DNO. We were done and dusted very quickly, especially with all of the power company paperwork that was required. Since then any technical or reporting issues they have been super quick to reply - even being onsite within an hour when the home battery went offline to talk to the manufacturer- they did a firmware update and sorted it for us."

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
- Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work, and that they are current.
