> "Had flooring done in three rooms and passage and carpet fitted on the landing and stairs. Flooring work quality was ok not too bad. The carpet fitting was terrible sub-standard work. Left gaps on every step of the stairs looks very bad which I didn't notice initially. Also carpet sticking out in some places. Contacted the the trade person immediately after the work was completed to let them know. Initially was told he will come and fix the issue. It's been over 4 months and and now he's not replying to any messages or answering the phone. Would not recommend this person for any carpet fitting."
